February 1, 2022 - The public hearing of December is continued to the Council's regular meeting of February 7, 2022. Revisions have been made to the Proposed Final 2022 Regional Transportation Plan & Active Transportation Plan. November 30, 2021 - The Proposed Final 2022 Regional Transportation Plan & Active Transportation Plan is released for the public hearing and possible adoption at MCOG's December 6 board meeting. (Note complete Appendices document is reduced to 41MB; separated sections available by request.)

The 2017 Regional Transportation Plan was adopted by resolution after a public hearing at the Council's regular meeting of February 5, 2018. A finding was made of Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), following an orderly public process.
