Highlights of the October meeting are a presentation by Sonoma Clean Power on a transportation and mobility needs assessment; an increase in funding for MTA's Senior Centers Transportation Program; a proposal to fund voter opinion polling for a transportation sales tax in the unincorporated County area; and a report of the CPUC decision on the RuralREN (Regional Energy Network) split into two separate North and Central California partnerships.
