• Approval to formalize membership in the RuralREN (Regional Energy Network) North with a Memorandum of Agreement and Bylaws among four Governing Partners, establishing energy efficiency programs
• Approval of a comprehensive FY 2024-25 budget amendment including new allocations and actions fiscal-year-to-date
• Review and possible adoption of draft 2025 Board Calendar
• Recognition of departing board members' service.
