Title VI and Limited English Proficiency Information

MCOG Title VI Program & Limited English Proficiency Plan was updated and adopted by the Board of Directors on December 7, 2020.

As a recipient of Federal Transit Administrative (FTA) funding, MCOG must establish and maintain this program and plan, as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, to protect constituents from civil rights violations.
