 April 15, 2024 - The public is invited to a virtual public workshop Thursday, April 25 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., to hear a presentation on the project and offer input. The presentation will cover Local Road Safety/Action Plan goals, preliminary collision analysis findings, high injury networks, and the project’s online outreach platform.

April 8, 2024 - MCOG is updating comprehensive Local Road Safety/Action Plans (LRS/APs) for Mendocino County and the Cities of Fort Bragg, Point Arena, Ukiah, and Willits. The LRS/APs will enable Mendocino County’s local agencies to enhance safety for all modes of transportation and all ages and abilities.

The plans are being updated to qualify the Cities and County for federal funding under the “Safe Streets & Roads for All” (SS4A) grant program.
